As a cellist and composer, Tomeka Reid (Chicago) is one of the most driving artistic
forces on the American jazz scene. The multiple award winner works a.o. with Roscoe
Mitchell, Craig Taborn, Myra Melford, Anthony Braxton, Nicole Mitchell, Mike Reed
and Mary Halvorson.

Eliza Salem (NYC) is an much in-demand up-and-coming drummer, educator and
composer. She has taken part in multiple national and international tours with e.g.
Marta Sanchéz, Caroline Davis, Max Johnson. In 2024, Eliza was awardee for Next
Jazz Legacy, a transformative program that creates a more inclusive future for those
most underrepresented across the different contexts of jazz and improvised music.

Angelika Niescier (GER) Always seeking new musical adventures, the alto
saxophonist is one of the most distinguished voices on the European jazz scene.
Continuously, she has established close ties with some of the most significant and
distinctive figures of the American jazz scene and is one of the musicians who further
develop the european jazz and bring it to an international level.
The multiple award winner is a „breathtakingly spirited and virtuoso“ (BR Klassik)
musician.She works a.o. with Tyshawn Sorey, Nasheet Waits, Aki Takase, Sylvie
Courvoisier, Ernie Watts, Alexander Hawkins, Mabe Fratti, among others
